The Court has certified classes for settlement purposes, and preliminarily approved the proposed class action settlement. Notice and claim forms have been mailed to class members. A hearing has been scheduled for September 11, 2008 to consider final approval of the proposed settlement.

Class members wishing to participate in the settlement must submit their signed claim forms, postmarked no later than July 14, 2008.
